No! Nobody can for general search terms, if anyone could do this they would be millionaires over night, the major search engines would also find how they do it and put a stop to it, major search engines are fair and want to provide good results.
Q2. How many customers do you support?

Less than twenty, and all in different industries.
Q3. Can you give me a list of customers and search results for them?

Q4. Do we have to pay up front for your search engine marketing services?

No, we take pride in the results we produce and only bill our customers if we get their most prominent key phrase in the top twenty results of Google.com, if your site slips below the twentieth position we also suspend billing! Although there may be charges to initially optimise your site depending on how much work needs to be done.
